Insurance Information

I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:
Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Providence, PacificSource, United Healthcare, MODA, and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims.

Please Note:
As a solo practitioner, I personally manage all aspects of my practice—including billing and scheduling—and do not have front desk support. Because of this, I kindly ask that all new patients verify their own acupuncture benefits prior to your first appointment.

If you plan to use insurance, please come prepared with the following details:
– Whether acupuncture is covered under your plan
– Your annual visit allowance
– Your deductible and whether it applies to acupuncture
– Your copay or coinsurance amount per visit

If insurance is billed and it is later determined that you do not have acupuncture coverage, you will be responsible for the full cost of the treatment.
